Mental health in the time of COVID
October 08 2020
In this video Q&A, Avenue 360’s mental health providers discuss some of the behavioral health challenges during the coronavirus pandemic and how we’re helping the communities that we serve across Houston.
“What I have seen as the impact of the coronavirus on behavioral health is increased anxiety and depression, and symptoms with decrease in access to social support,” said Dana Hatter.
We provide quality, compassionate behavioral health services through in-clinic or virtual appointments.
“At Avenue 360, we don’t turn people away if they are in need of services, and I think that is something important because mental health is very important,” said Cynthia Orme.
If you think you may be experiencing any symptoms of anxiety or depression, increased stress, substance use, or just may want to speak to someone, we are here to help. To schedule an appointment call (713) 426-0027 or click here.
