Erika Fisher joins our organization as a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience in operational and health care administration. Erika will serve as the Director of Clinical Operations for Avenue 360 Health & Wellness.

As a United States Air Force veteran, she directly supported various global missions resulting in recognition of over 12 military medals during her 11 years of service. Most recently, Erika served as the Assistant Clinical Director for Baylor College of Medicine OB/GYN at Texas Children’s Hospital at three locations and 14 service lines.

Prior to joining Texas Children’s, Erika provided leadership and oversight as Director of Clinical Services for Legacy Community Health (FQHC) at their largest multi-service center in South Houston, overseeing 16 service lines/specialty areas, directly impacting patient outcomes, and supporting the development of operational and financial based strategies.

Erika earned a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of St. Francis and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico. She is scheduled to complete a Doctorate of Nursing Practice – Executive, Administration & Leadership from the University of Texas in April 2021.  Erika is additionally an active member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society and the Houston Organization for Nursing Leadership.
