Vivian Pyatt holds 20 years of human resource experience in the Houston healthcare market. Vivian will serve as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Avenue 360 Health & Wellness.

Vivian has worked with the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center, and United Healthcare, to name a few. In her most recent role as Director of Human Resources with Legacy Community Health, Vivian led the growth of the human resources team from 7 to 16 employees and successfully recruited some of the city’s top talent.

As a seasoned professional, Vivian is skilled in HR budgeting, managing performance reviews, talent acquisition, and compensation. Her ability to connect with diverse individuals and build successful teams has contributed to the growth of many organizations.

Vivian is a proud graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C. She is a member of HR Houston and Society of Human Resources Management. “The people of an organization create its success,” Vivian says.

Outside of work, Vivian enjoys gardening, cooking, and using fresh herbs from her garden in her recipes. Additionally, Vivian loves spending time with her husband. She is the mother of two adult children, and a Mimi to beautiful twin granddaughters.
