Elizabeth Horvath an HIV Physician Assistant at Avenue 360 Health and Wellness. Previously, she worked at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City as a medical researcher and pursued a Physician Assistant degree from SUNY Downstate School of Medicine in Brooklyn, NY, graduating magna cum laude. Elizabeth did her clinical rotation at Brooklyn’s STAR clinic for adults at-risk or living with HIV, and at the HEAT clinic, which provides free health services for young adolescents who are at-risk for sexually transmitted diseases. She is certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of HIV Medicine, where she received her credentialing as an HIV Specialist. Elizabeth lives with her partner of over 10 years in Houston’s Montrose neighborhood.
