The 13,800 sq. foot campus offers primary and behavioral health, dentistry, and an adult-day activities program.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to be in Midtown and look forward to being a part of a vibrant community,\u201d\u00a0said Dr. Charlene Flash, President and CEO of Avenue 360 and an associate professor at University of Houston College of Medicine. \u201cThe goal with our Midtown\/Third Ward expansion is to provide more access to quality, compassionate health care, including\u00a0an HIV specialty practice, in-office and telehealth options for behavioral health, and oral health. This center is another step for us in our long-term plan to reduce health disparities across Houston.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\">At eight locations across the region, Avenue 360 provides a 360-degree approach to healthcare that integrates a patient\u2019s in-clinic medical needs with their lived experiences outside of the exam room.<i><\/i><\/p>\n<p>Avenue 360 &#8211; Midtown is welcoming new patients.\u00a0 All major health insurance&#8211;including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Community Health Choice, Cigna, United Health Care, Medicaid, Medicare \u2013 is accepted. For those without insurance, payment is determined by a patient\u2019s income and household size.
