Professional Background

I’m excited to join Avenue 360 as the first EVP of Advancement. Previously, I was a Global Director with Catalyst, providing HR and DEI strategic partnership to global Fortune 500 organizations. Before that, I was CEO/Founder of The Brown-Ritchel Agency, where I consulted for nonprofits, corporations, and communities.

My past roles include Chief Development Officer at AIDS Foundation Houston (2019–2022), Regional Chief Development Officer for the American Red Cross (2017–2019), and Director of Corporate Engagement at Freedom For All Americans in Washington, D.C. I also served as Executive Director and Director of Corporate Partnerships for the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce in NYC for 4 years.

Earlier, I was Executive Director at the Kidd Kraddick Foundation (Kidd’s Kids) and the Kidd Kraddick in the Morning National Radio Show in Dallas, Director of HR for Clear Channel Radio (now I Heart Media), and Regional Director for Head Start of Greater Dallas. Before moving to Dallas, I was Associate Executive Director for Communities in Schools in Southeast Harris County and Assistant Director for the Montessori School of Downtown in Houston.
