Confidential Virtual Visits for Primary and Mental Health Care
It’s not all about coronavirus when it comes to our health right now. High blood pressure, diabetes, and allergies continue to be some of our region’s most persistent health challenges. It’s our responsibility, as providers and as patients, to take care of our own health.
Avenue 360 has taken – and continues to take – significant safety protocols to ensure the safety of our patients in our seven clinics in the area. (More on that here.) Health and safety is our top priority.
For many conditions, speaking to a health care provider from your own home by phone or computer is another option. Many patients are utilizing the Avenue 360 Virtual Visit for adult medicine, pediatrics, depression or anxiety, women’s health, and specialty care in diabetes and hypertension. We take most forms of insurance, or no insurance at all.
Depending on the individual patient’s medical needs, an in-person appointment may be necessary. But in this time of social distancing, we’re pleased to provide this option for non-emergency care via technology.
To schedule an appointment, please provide your name and phone number here and someone will call you the same or next day.
